As well as our professional and qualified team of workers, at Sutra we have state-of-the-art facilities and equipment enabling us to constantly guarantee the highest quality in our work.
Sutra Coatings has a laboratory to control the zinc nickel process, as well as to characterise the coating by means of verifying the thicknesses and nickel content of the alloy. For the highest precision in our thickness and alloy control, we have two X-ray fluorescence measuring instruments. Each and every one of the parts we treat has its corresponding quality certificate to demonstrate that it meets the established requirements. We have the ISO 9001 quality certificate.
As well as control throughout the part coating process, we have a kiln for the dehydrogenation of parts with extreme hardness or high resistance to traction that require the process following treatment. Our technical team makes a detailed analysis of each project in order to provide a customised solution.
